A public consultation on the two proposed residential planning applications is taking place in October. During the consultation, local views are being sought on elements of the development proposals. The consultation began on Monday 9 October and will close two weeks later on Monday 23 October. A public consultation event is taking place from 2.30pm to 6.30pm on 9 October at Wilmslow Leisure Centre.

All of the presentations from the exhibition are available here.

During the consultation period, feedback on the proposals may be given to Royal London’s consultant team in the following ways:

  • Writing to Royal London Group, c/o Lexington Communications, The Zenith Building, 26 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1AB;
  • Telephoning our Community Information Line on 0161 711 0293;
  • Emailing our consultation team at ;
  • Using our online feedback form here.

Feedback received following Monday 23 October will still be gratefully accepted and considered, although receiving comments during the consultation period will give our project team the fullest possible opportunity to reflect upon them. Feedback may continue to be made to the project team, using the same contact details, following submission of the applications in the Autumn, although in such a case we will not be able to reflect these comments in the documents submitted to the Council.

Following submission of the planning application, Cheshire East Council will run its own consultation on the proposals as a matter of standard practice. The Council consultation will provide a further opportunity for the public to provide feedback on the proposals.
